Charcoal Foam is light, has complete open pore structure that gives extremely good airflow characteristics, which is great for filter applications and cushioning that's great for padding packages for shipping. Charcoal Foam is also good for padding in cases with delicate equipment. Charcoal foam is also good for soundproofing.

We also offer custom sizes other than what is listed here. This includes sheets measuring up to 72" x 80" which requires a 4 to 6 week delivery time. Shipping cost for custom sizes is based on your zip-code area. Plus handling and cutting charges to be determined upon receipt of your order.

The sizes indicated herein are designed to be cut down by you to fit smaller dimensions. A straight edge and electric knife is all that is needed to get the job done.

To determine the size foam needed, use the following:
	First: Determine the foam thickness needed for the case base. This may require a combination of Regular Charcoal Foams, like a ?" thick layer for a liner. Then choose a foam thickness for the cut out or filler layer.
	Second: Determine the foam thickness needed for the case lid. Both Regular and/or Eggcrate Charcoal Foam maybe used.
NOTE: Make sure to measure a little thicker, deeper and wider to cover for compression of the chosen foam.
