Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your payment. Most orders are shipped by either USPS, UPS or FedEx standard ground, so please provide us with a physical shipping address (failing to do so may delay your order). For P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO (military address), Alaska and Hawaii please review our “Shipping, Returns and Terms” information page for more details. We may ship an order by a different courier at our discretion (usually larger items require shipping by freight services, orders to military addresses must be shipped by USPS, etc.) Average time of arrival is 5-7 business days for domestic shipments by the services listed herein, 7-10 business days for domestic shipments by freight truck, and 10-30 business days for international shipments. If you need to receive an order within a guaranteed time frame, please call us at 1 (800) 865-9931 (pin #: 31) for rush options and expedited shipping.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Furthermore, we will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "Gifts".
*Local Pick Up is available at our Dayton, Ohio location, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some items are ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and require further processing. Please call ahead to ensure that your item is in stock at our location before pick-up.

Do I Qualify for FREE SHIPPING?
If you live within the lower 48 states (Continental USA) you automatically qualify for FREE Ground Shipping. Because items cannot be shipped to the outlying U.S. Territories via domestic ground service, they do not qualify for Free Shipping (unless stated otherwise). Which Shipping Company or Freight Carrier will be used?
The majority of orders are shipped out via USPS, UPS and FedEx and must have a physical address provided. Case King reserves the right to use a alternate freight carrier. Size and weight restrictions may require delivery using a freight truck. It should also be noted some freight carriers will add additional charges for special services (Lift gate service, residential delivery, etc.). In such an instance, Case King covers only the posted shipping & handling rate per the item listing and is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the carrier.
Delivery Times?
Standard ground shipping usually arrives within 3-5 business days. Truck shipments with domestic freight carriers usually deliver shipment in 7-10 business days. Processing and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Expedited Shipping Requests?
We will provide a discounted upgrade to express shipping for customers requesting expedited shipping on a FREE SHIPPING item. Please note that orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 days after payment is received so, any changes must be requested immediately.
International Shipping?
Case King has been shipping to most International destinations for years. Although FREE SHIPPING does not apply to International orders, we do offer discounted shipping rates for all International orders.

International Duties and Taxes?
The customer is solely responsible for all Duties & Taxes (VAT, GST, Brokerage Fees, Customs). Furthermore, it is incumbent upon the customer to contact customs or the appropriate agency regarding additional charges as they are responsible for the item clearing customs and reaching the scheduled destination. If an item is refused entry, the customer is then responsible for all return shipping charges and will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please contact your local government and shipping couriers for information regarding these charges.
