The following is offered as information that we hope will help our patrons and others clarify issues surrounding FOAM and the different tyes of.  Case King utilizes several types of foam depending on the application, use, durability and as always cost effectiveness.  We also offer these different types of foam on a limited bases here on our web-site as to "replacement cases foam".  It is offered in the most popular type and sizes that we consistently receive orders for.  Every type and style listed below is available in several sheet sizes (full, half,  quarter and "cut to order") and thicknesses.  Please "Contact Us" for quotes and any other concerns you may have.  Standard and custom orders only take a few days for fulfillment.

Charcoal Foam is light, has complete open pore structure that gives extremely good airflow characteristics, which is great for filter applications and cushioning that's great for padding packages for shipping. Charcoal Foam is also good for padding in cases with delicate equipment. Charcoal foam is also good for soundproofing.

We also offer custom sizes other than what is listed here. This includes sheets measuring up to 72” x 80” which requires a 4 to 6 week delivery time. Shipping cost for custom sizes is based on your zip-code area. Plus handling and cutting charges to be determined upon receipt of your order. The sizes indicated herein are designed to be cut down by you to fit smaller dimensions. A straight edge and electric knife or hotwire cutter is all that is needed to get the job done ~ avoid razor blades if possible. 

Our bulk cutting, indicated above, saves you money. Custom orders with dimensions smaller or larger than what’s indicated above may prove to be a substantially higher cost to you. Standard handling and delivery charges for, (3) pieces of 18”x 24” or (3) 18”x20” or (2) 18”x56” any thickness or style combinations, including insurance with delivery confirmation for anywhere in the continental U.S. is only $10.00. Alaska, Hawaii and international customers, please e-mail us for delivery quotes.  Orders with other numbers of pieces will be divided into separate boxes and quoted as above or separately, whichever is cheaper.
