In most cases, standard domestic ground delivery for rates quoted here in, will take on average 2 to 5 business days after order processing is completed on instock items.  This is also dependent on the delivery service providers and their limitations.  Case King will not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the service providers, weather, customs or outside influences be on their or our control.

International customers will be notified as to their delivery situation as soon as it is determined by the service provider.  In all delivery situation, verified email receipts are required.  In addition to service providers tracking number and or customs number receipt, adult signature required.
