Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Case King.

(All project and or product information exchanged between you and Case King will be kept in complete confidence, an important industry consideration.)

Any sensitive information we gather is transmitted via our secure SSL certified server as soon as you click on "My Account", "Checkout" or when "Registering" and "Signing In" to your account on our web-site.  Case King patrons may opt-out of the email subcriptions and newsletters as choosen in their customer "My Account Information" ~ "E-Mail Notifications".

All "Guest Customers" who  are preforming a "Quick Checkout" that do not want to register and just want make their purchase(s) and go on their way are also secured by our SSL certified server.  Those guest will not be added to the Case King email or newsletter list.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows Case King to recognize you each time you visit this site (customisation etc).  Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and Case King does not use cookies to collect personal information.  Cookies may also be used by 3rd party content providers such as newsfeeds.
