We issue a Call Tag - Receive case and inspect.

Determine “Nothing Wrong” with case.
TWO OPTIONS
1. Customer wants replacement - We ship same case back to customer and charge customer for “Return Freight”.
2. Customer does not want replacement - We will credit the customer the cost of the case - minus the cost of the “Call Tag” and the 15% “Restocking Fee”.
If the Case is determined to have a Manufacturer Defect
1. Returned Within 30 Days – Credit or Replacement
2. Returned after 30 Days and Within 1 Year – Repair or Replace.
REPLACEMENT CASES
Many of the cases we receive back from customers are claimed to have a Manufacturer Defect. After a careful inspection, most cases are determined to be defect free. Because of this – we will no longer be able to accept a new Purchase Order for a replacement case for your customer until we have received and inspected the First case.
We will make every effort to handle your returns in a speedy and accurate way.
