~ Shipping - Delivery ~
You can expect your merchandise to be shipped promptly (within 3 business days) after receipt and posting of payment on in stock products. "Case Lot" and "Bulk Orders" will take a little longer and are dependent on manufactures available. Prompt notification will be given in all situations. "Custom" and "Built to Order" cases ship as quickly as possible and as production allows.
Cost to package your purchase(s) or winning(s) in the highest quality material available to Case King is included. Shipment Ordinations are from: Dayton, Ohio 45424 ~ or ~ La Verna, CA 91750 ~ or ~ Telford, PA 18969.
International, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO (military address), Alaska and Hawaii web-site purchasers or auction winners; add $10.00 to Rates Quoted for the additional paperwork, customs documentation and or "bill of laden" and allow 48 hours for their preparation associated with such address sales deliveries.
All delivery services used are Case Kings choice unless otherwise arranged. We research the best actual cost available for standard ground priority domestic shipments to the lower 48 continental United States; (normally we use UPS, FedEx or USPS). You may want to take advantage of our flat rates when offered for additional savings. If faster delivery is needed, special circumstance exist or required, email us for a prevailing rate quote for possible resolutions.
No funny business:
All sales receipts will state the selling or winning price of the item or product in question. If the item won or purchased is used equipment, sold as-is, with or without warranty etc. will also be indicated.
We will not claim items won or purchased as gifts or reduce the amount of the selling price to avoid import duties, brokerage fees, taxes or any other related cost payable by the buyer or auction winner from Case King.
In all delivery situation, verified email receipts are required. In addition to the shipping service providers tracking number, customs number receipt, BOL or PRO numbers. International shipments will require adult receipt signature.
Residence of the State of Ohio will be charged 7.5% sales taxes unless they have an exemption on file with Case King.
In most cases, standard ground delivery for the flat rates quoted will take on average 3 to 10 business days. This is dependent on the delivery service providers and customs limitations like Italy. Those deliveries are running approximately 3 to 4 weeks in addition to documentation preparation in all cases. International shipments average 14 business days plus document preparation.
Undelivered shipments that are returned because the addressee was unable (or refused) to receive the shipment may be charged additional shipping & handling charges for re-shipment of items; a 10% restocking fee will be charged for shipments that the addressee refuses to accept. If a return is necessitated due to a clear error on our part, is explained in "Case King reserves the right", ~ Warranty – Guarantee – Returns ~ below.

DO NOT Bid or make Web-site Purchases IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO PAY !!! If this is the case; we will leave you very negative feedback and do whatever else we can to recovery our losses.
Prompt Payment is expected to be received after the closing of contracts, web-site purchases and auction closures. Unless we have agreed to other arrangements not stated here in (typically 3 days via PayPal, 7 business days for the snail mailing Money Orders and Checks), maximum payment receipt of 10 business days unless otherwise arranged.
Auction Winners must establish communications with Case King within 72 hours of winning their auction by one of the following methods:

Please make sure you have your Order/Invoice Number and or Auction Number available and or indicated in or on all correspondence with us.
Preferred Payment Method is; PayPal for all configurations of reimbursement. PayPal offers the best protection for all concerned. If your not registered with PayPal here; it only takes a couple of minutes to do so. Once you're registered you'll be able to perform all sorts of exchanges in whatever the currency needed at prevailing rates. We do not accept bank transfers other than through PayPal.

If you can't use PayPal or don't want to for whatever reason; We also accept direct payment with Postal/Money Orders, Personal/Cashiers Checks made payable to Case King. These payment methods should be mailed to our accounts receivable at 7039 Hubbard Dr. Huber Heights, Ohio 45424-3419.

Purchase Orders; We reserve the right to Refuse/Cancel Sales to individuals, companies or organizations not meeting "ratings" we are comfortable with. All Purchase Order sales agreements require smiting fax purchase verification/confirmation with verifiable credit or bank reference prior to order fulfillment and the shipping of same.
We will arrange C.O.D. payment if desired. Please be advised that the additional charges for this payment method by the delivery services are very expensive. You might want to choose one of the other payment methods stated here in. Otherwise "Contact Us" for a quotation.
Whichever form of payment you choose to use it must be cleared and competed before fulfillment and shipment of your web-site orders or auction winnings is preformed. Most direct payments using bank, personal or business notes, post or general money orders take at least 10 business days to clear upon receipt and deposit.
~ Warranty – Guarantee – Returns ~

All Returns/Refunds must have Case King prior approval. Purchases or auction winnings returned without prior approval will be refused and returned at your expense and no refund, return or credit given or allowed. All manufactures Return Authorization policies are stated on the warranty card or brochure included with item or product purchased and in the Manufacture Information Pages on our web-site.
Absolutely no refunds due to merchandise or product incompatibility. Case King can not begin to anticipate what you expect to do with the items purchased or won. Ensure it is what you want or need before ordering or bidding.
NO refunds/returns after 3 business days have passed from the date of delivery. Check your merchandise upon arrival. Case King honors all written manufactures warranties as long as their procedures, included with the merchandise, is followed to the letter or elsewhere stated in the information section of our site. Unless otherwise stated within our web-site; all merchandise and or products presented here in carry a (1) one year "multiple warranty" on parts, materials and workmanship as described in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975. Merchandise that is sold here in "as-is" without any warranty implied/expressed or otherwise will always be clearly indicated as such. Only exception will be merchandise we warranty against being DOA with normal exclusions for misuse or abuse applied in all situations ie; scratch and dent, b-stock, warranty returns, factory close-outs and or discontinued products and or merchandise, if in doughty "Contact Us".
We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise or products; unless you paid for insured shipping. It is up to you to work with the carrier on damages or losses. Check your merchandise upon arrival and make sure the delivery person indicates any damage to the shipping boxing or container and or merchandise on their paperwork if possible. If possible have the delivery person start the "claim process" for you on the appropriate forms for their company. We would even suggest taking a photograph(s) of said damage as well for your records. Case King will assist with documentation and with whatever additional assistance is needed that we are able to provide. If you choose to return the item won or purchased and have followed the "Shipping and Returns" instructions within our web-site and have been granted a Return Authorization Number (RA #??); Case King will not refund import duties, brokerage fees, taxes or any other related fees in conjunction with web-site purchases, public/private sales, auction winnings from Case King or its associated activities and or suppliers. All approved returns/refunds will be less a 10% restocking/handling fee and the merchandise or products purchased from Case King must be received in like condition as shipped, within 30 days of the original delivery completion, pre-paid by the buyer.
Case King reserves the right to exchange, repair, replace, issue credit or refund for the item in question that's been granted and received our Return Authorization and proves to be defective. This determination is made within 14 days of the merchandise return receipt and inspected by Case King staff is completed. Patrons will receive a email or snail mail message as to the managements final decision and disposition as follows but not limited to;
- Approved RA's that are exchanges, repaired or replacements are shipped insured, standard priority ground with confirmed delivery, free of charge.
- Approved RA's with credits will be placed in our patrons "My Account" and applied towards their next purchase in part or whole as applicable towards future purchases.
- All approved cash refunds will be refunded in like manner as they were received for the original purchase; in other words, if you used PayPal as your form of payment your return will be applied towards that same PayPal account ~ the same method will be used for all credit/debit cards.
- Post/Money Orders will receive their refund if necessary by the issuing of a Case King bank note or check payable to the original named purchaser printed on the order we received.
- All approved RA's exchanges, repairs or replacements; credits or refunds will be completed within 30 days (or as determined by product availability) of the managements final decision and disposition is posted.
- If a replacement is to be issued and the original merchandise is no longer manufactured, Case King will offer the recipient the option of a equivalent product or merchandise, credit or refund.
- All final decisions are those of Case King and maybe superseded by the manufacture warranties or guarantees for the merchandise, product or wares in question as stated here in.
Important NOTES:
- Any personal/bank notes/checks, post/money orders returned for non-sufficient funds or any other reason, will be charged a $35.00 penalty for same by Case King. In addition to the cancelation of the auction won or web-site purchase made unless some other form of payment is agreed to and the penalty fee paid and cleared posting to our bank.
- Most e-commerce web-site retailers make a sincere effort to ad hear to (MMAP), Manufacture Minimum Advertised Price or an average pricing of their offerings as compared and presented on the entire internet. Other than a few loss-leader and promotional cases, it comes down to your perception as a consumer who you feel comfortable with when spending your money.
